Pole Dance Flow

This 75 minute class will help you learn and/or improve your pole skills, while flowing from one move to the next. Done consistently, you will gain flexibility, confidence and build strength in your core, arms, and legs.

This gentle 45 minute class will help you slow down, get grounded, and connect with your body. There will be stretching and meditation. This is a community class and all experience levels are welcomed.
