Reclaim Your Sensual Body
At its simplest form, sensual movement is a way to move your body by connecting with your senses. It's a way to get grounded in your body and find effortless pleasure in movement.
Learn to create a loving, healthier relationship with your body by deepening your connection to your sensuality AND bringing awareness to your thoughts and beliefs about yourself.
Join this 4 month movement journey combining movement, coaching, journaling, meditation and more in a safe group environment on a virtual platform.
It's time to feel at home and safe in your body.
As women, we hold and store so much history, stress, joy, our wants, what others want, grief, and more in our bodies. We don't focus enought time and energy on what we want and need to feel safe, free, and loved. This program is both a space and a call to action to make your bodies' needs and desires a priority.

My Why
I’m on a mission to help women feel confident in their bodies and great in their skin, aka: Feel Great Naked. I’ve always known that my calling is to help others through service. As I’ve grown, I’ve been able to learn the best ways I can do that. I am a Life Embodied Movement Coach and Facilitator. For over a decade, I’ve been helping women build self-esteem, get stronger, overcome challenges, build community with other women, and foster a higher quality of living to create a better quality of life. They have learned to slow down and create a better relationship with their bodies, which leads to feeling great naked.
